Jr-Mid level Manhattan SCALE WMS Configurator(Only Visa independent Candidate/W2)

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Manhattan SCALE WMS Configurator to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan SCALE Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions across multiple warehouse locations. This individual will serve as the technical subject matter expert, partnering with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-performing warehouse solutions.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring deep Manhattan SCALE expertise, strong technical leadership, and experience supporting enterprise warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Manhattan SCALE WMS implementations across multiple warehouse sites
• Configure, enhance, and support Manhattan SCALE WMS in production environments
• Conduct design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable WMS solutions
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities
• Support integrations with ERP, TMS, LMS, MHE, conveyor, and warehouse automation systems
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide ongoing application support
• Develop documentation, SOPs, functional specifications, and testing documentation
• Mentor technical team members and serve as the primary WMS subject matter expert
• Partner with warehouse operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on Manhattan SCALE WMS implementation, configuration, and production support
• Proven experience leading enterprise or multi-site WMS implementations
• Strong experience configuring Manhattan SCALE WMS
• Experience with PL/SQL and SSRS
• Experience integrating Manhattan SCALE with ERP, TMS, LMS, MHE, and warehouse automation systems
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, inbound/outbound operations, and supply chain processes
• Experience leading design workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting business stakeholders
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Experience

• 3PL, logistics, distribution, or high-volume fulfillment environment
• Experience with warehouse automation, conveyors, and material handling equipment
• Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations and large-scale implementations
