Business Intelligence Technical Analyst

Long-term contract opening for a Business Intelligence (BI) Technical Analyst to support technical documentation, process improvement, and project coordination within a BI environment. This role will focus on standardizing workflows, improving documentation practices, and collaborating with technical teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BI development workflows and project tracking using Jira and Confluence.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and reporting standards.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across technical teams.

• Establish consistent BI dashboard standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.

• Track project timelines, dependencies, and process changes.

• Facilitate training sessions and communicate process updates.

• Explore Generative AI solutions for documentation and process automation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau.

• 1+ years of experience with MicroStrategy.

• 1+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or PowerShell.

• 1+ years of experience with Redshift, SQL Server, or MySQL.

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with technical writing, business process analysis, or technical project coordination.

• Strong understanding of data structures, BI reporting, and technical workflows.

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with process improvement and change management in technical environments.
