Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Healthcare Interoperability Business Analyst

Mandatory skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in healthcare interoperability, systems integration, business process analysis, and requirements management.
Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and facilitating stakeholder workshops in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x, FHIR, C-CDA, X12, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data mapping for system integrations.
Experience working with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health), interoperability platforms (e.g., Mirth Connect, MuleSoft, Cloverleaf), and supporting API/interface testing, UAT, and production implementations.
Proficient with SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
Experience supporting Health Information Exchange (HIE) solutions and healthcare data sharing using HL7, FHIR, and interoperability standards.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project managers while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare interoperability standards.
