Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise systems

·        Define integration strategies, patterns, and best practices aligned with organizational goals

·        Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

·        Drive API-led and event-driven architecture initiatives

·        Oversee development and deployment of integrations, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards

·        Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

·        Ensure compliance with life sciences regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, HIPAA where applicable)

·        Integrate data platforms such as Snowflake into enterprise ecosystems

·        Evaluate and implement integration tools/frameworks including xFly or equivalent

·        Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of integration processes
