Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in curriculum design and instructional development.
Proficiency in technical writing and business documentation for IT systems.
Experience with accessibility analysis and Section 508 remediation of training content.
Experience in creating instructor-led courses, job aids, and instructional videos.
Experience with MS Office Suite 2010 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in IT procurement processes and certification standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive curricula, course outlines, and instructional methods for certifications.
Create technical manuals, training aids, and interactive instructional products.
Integrate complex data sets and prerequisite skills into procurement training modules.
Translate technical system descriptions and concepts into user-friendly instructional language.
Perform accessibility audits and remediate instructional materials for compliance.
Consult with technical staff to gather and document information on IT procurement.
Design and implement diverse training programs including job aids and video content.
