Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Expert to act as a Technical Advisory Consultant for implementing next-generation AI-powered conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Connect. The role focuses on providing architecture guidance, design validation, and best-practice recommendations across the full implementation lifecycle.
Note: This is a non-development, advisory-driven role focused on solution assurance and technical leadership.
Expertise You''ll Bring:
Core Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in Amazon Connect
- Experience with:
- Amazon Lex V2
- Contact Lens
- AI/NLP-based conversational IVR systems
- Strong understanding of:
- CCaaS architecture and contact center design
- Call flows, routing strategies, and queue management
Cloud & Integration Skills
- Strong AWS experience including:
- IAM, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to:
- AI/ML services and conversational AI ecosystems
- System integrations and API-based architectures
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in contact center technologies
- 3–5+ years hands-on or advisory experience in Amazon Connect
- Prior experience in AI-driven IVR transformation programs preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with:
- Amazon Q in Connect / GenAI integrations
- Nova Sonic or voice AI solutions
- Multi-language IVR implementations
