Technical Engineer - QA Testing

Job Title: Technical Engineer II (QA Testing)

Location: Hybrid/Amherst, NY (4 days onsite/1 day remote - mandatory, no exceptions)

Duration: 6+-month contract

Must have QA Testing exp. (flex. On yrs. of exp.), Critical Thinker, Learn Quickly, Ash Hard Questions, & Think Out of The Box**

6+ months w/ possibility of extension and/or conversion to hire for the right candidate (no guarantees)

High speed doc scanners sorts mail into batches & sorts (scanners are IBM Mal (IBML) & OPEX)

Processing system to create payment files/custom reports available to commercial clients to search, sort, etc. (processing systems vendor is Deluxe Financial Services RPS, R360

Vendor products are being moved to hosted & Azure M&T environment to store apps.

Some Azure testing & documentation (they use Visio for documentation)

Coordinate vendor hosted side communicate w/ business & operations analyst

Manage infrastructure communicate w/ business & technology keep organized & on track

Interview process: 1st round virtual, & 2nd round in-person, or virtual

Banking/Financial domain, nice to have not required
