We’re partnering with a public sector education initiative that’s building a platform to help school systems clearly understand their data, spot gaps, set goals, and make smarter decisions for students.

So this isn’t just crunching numbers in a corner.

You’ll take raw data, connect the dots, tell the story, and help real people take real action.

One day you might be combining spreadsheets from five different sources to find patterns.
The next you’re building a simple low-code tool so a school leader can see everything in one place without needing a tech background.
Then you’re recommending how to eliminate duplicate reporting that’s wasting everyone’s time.

It’s equal parts analyst, problem solver, and translator.

If you like making complicated things simple and useful, you’ll love this role.

Must haves

• 8+ years in data analytics or data storytelling
• Strong Excel skills including pulling, combining, and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Experience building or supporting low-code tools or platforms such as Power Platform
• Ability to turn analysis into clear, practical recommendations
• Experience creating dashboards or visualizations people actually use
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own deadlines
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Power BI experience
• Qualtrics or Smartsheet exposure
• Experience working with education, government, or public sector data
• Experience reducing duplication across reporting or compliance processes
• Background in planning, goal tracking, or performance measurement
