Summary

Job Position: Business Analyst Lead
Location: Illinois
Looking for W2 No C2C

Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions across campuses
Document business processes, functional requirements, and compliance needs
Translate requirements into workflows, rules, and system configurations
Ensure alignment with the Scope of Work and CCC operational policiesSupport system configuration, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Maintain requirements traceability and stakeholder approvals

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise systems
Experience with case management, student services
