#### Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced technology leader to architect and deliver cutting-edge web applications for life sciences and clinical research. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, team leadership, and modern cloud-native development practices.
#### Core Requirements:
- **8+ years** in full stack software engineering roles, building enterprise applications
- **3+ years** in a technical lead/mentorship capacity, guiding teams on hybrid (on-premise and cloud) and cloud-first solutions
- Deep expertise with **Microsoft tech stack**: C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/Core
- Recent, demonstrable experience developing with **Angular** (required)
- Strong history of transforming legacy on-prem applications for optimal performance in AWS
- Led at least one major project through the complete cloud lifecycle: architecture, hands-on coding, automated testing, CI/CD, and operations
- Proven experience with **AWS application development and integration**, especially using services like Amazon S3, SQS, Lambda, ECS/ECR, CloudWatch, SES
- Strong SQL skills & experience with **relational and NoSQL** databases
- Hands-on expertise with **Docker** containers in build/test/deploy workflows
- Git-based source control (preferably GitHub), including GitHub Actions or equivalent for CI/CD
- Modern web development practices, including UI/UX development with either **Angular or Blazor** frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems & microservices
#### BonPreferred Skills:
- Infrastructure as Code exposure — particularly **Terraform** and/or AWS Fargate
- Proven work in GxP-regulated life science or pharmaceutical settings
- Familiarity with clinical data system compliance (21 CFR Part 11)
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects (e.g., full data center to AWS migration)
- Certifications in **AWS**, **Microsoft .NET**, or relevant technologies
