Genesis10 is currently seeking a RDM Release Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves working closely with engineers and project managers to forecast and manage the delivery of multi-phase work against release calendars. The RDM Release Manager will support the full change management process, focusing on technology areas such as branch/financial center networking, Wireless LAN, WAN, and cloud services. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with assigned Engineers, Program and Project Managers and other support and service providers
- Focus and forecast the delivery track of multi-phase work against change and release calendar(s)
- Understand technical implementation/change processes and support the Implementation Engineer throughout the full change management process
- Interface directly with internal and external customers, suppliers, and providers across various teams including Architecture, Engineering, and Operations
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability while influencing others
- Manage risk and make effective decisions in a high-paced environment
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a finance related field/technical training
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in a technical role supporting network projects/programs
- Strong background in an IT service delivery role
- Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong technical acumen
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies
Desired skills: - Industry Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or Agile Methodology
- Technical certifications such as CCNA
- Experience in financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking)
Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
