Summary

This will be a full-time role, and candidate must have experience with Public Safety (this is a must)

Working Title: Principal Business Systems Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: Open

Work Location: Santa Monica CA

Note: No relocation cost will be provided, Candidates should relocate on their own expenses..

Key Responsibilities:

Act as project lead and technology liaison supporting business-specific systems
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and define user stories
Design, implement, test, and support business software applications
Manage system changes, upgrades, and performance monitoring
Coordinate major incident management and root cause analysis
Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ and evaluate vendors
Conduct training and develop support documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SCM/Asset Management or similar enterprise systems
Knowledge of ITIL service delivery lifecycle
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
System configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Stakeholder communication and project coordination

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years’ experience implementing large-scale technical systems
Agile or PMP certification preferred
