Summary

Responsibilities:

Configurations: Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence and Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows.
Data management: Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy
Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to business processes using the Workday platform
Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Drive, Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters etc.

Time & Absence Requirements:

Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking.
Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules.

Payroll Requirements:

Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps
Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)
Experience with third party payroll configuration (External Earnings, External Deductions, External Inputs)
Experience with reporting data sources for Payroll (Payroll Results) and Accounting (Journal Lines)
