Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support complex, technology-driven work within a healthcare environment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This Long-term Contract position will guide multiple initiatives from planning through delivery while partnering with technical, clinical, and operational teams to keep priorities aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, sound technical understanding, and the ability to adapt quickly as business needs, compliance expectations, and project demands evolve.

Responsibilities:
Direct technology and business-focused projects through all phases, from initial planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and completion.
Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps in Smartsheet, including schedules, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and progress tracking.
Work closely with IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, clinical, and operational stakeholders to coordinate deliverables and keep initiatives moving forward.
Lead recurring project meetings, prepare status summaries, and present clear updates to leadership and steering groups.
Adjust timelines and priorities as requirements change, ensuring project plans remain realistic and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor risks, issues, and blockers proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to reduce delivery impacts.
Produce dashboards, metrics, and executive reports that improve visibility into project health, performance, and decisions.
Oversee outside vendors and third-party contributors when needed, ensuring accountability, communication, and timely execution.
Encourage consistent project management practices and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of project management experience leading technical or IT-centered initiatives.
Demonstrated experience partnering with teams in areas such as applications, infrastructure, systems, data, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Strong hands-on ability with Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, reporting, and executive-level dashboard creation.
Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
Proven success managing several concurrent projects in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is preferred, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly valued.
