Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: McLean, VA - Onsite
Duration: Long Term

Job Overview

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer. This role requires hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, along with a solid understanding of modern test automation practices.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and willing to be onsite full-time.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build and enhance user interfaces using Angular
Develop and support microservices-based architecture
Work with databases, preferably MongoDB, for data storage and retrieval
Deploy and manage applications in AWS cloud environments
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient releases
Contribute to test automation using Playwright to improve overall product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product teams
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Good experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-based deployments
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
Hands-on or working knowledge of Playwright for test automation
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services or enterprise environments
Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Exposure to performance testing and monitoring tools
