API Development & Integration
1. Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs to support platform and data workflows using Fast API, Django
2. Implement API endpoints aligned to defined request/response contracts and business logic
3. Integrate APIs with internal/external systems, data platforms, and downstream services
4. Ensure adherence to API governance, versioning, and lifecycle management standards
5. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and API validation
ii. Cloud Infrastructure & Automation
1. Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for repeatable deployments
2. Provision and configure cloud resources (compute, storage, networking, and platform services)
3. Support CI/CD enablement for automated infrastructure and application deployments
4. Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and resilience
iii. Platform Engineering & Integration
1. Integrate platform components with enterprise tools such as artifact repositories (e.g., Artifactory)
2. Enable connectivity between APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native services
3. Support environment setup across dev/test/prod with consistent configurations
4. Implement reusable deployment patterns and automation workflows
iv. Observability, Telemetry & Monitoring
1. Set up telemetry frameworks for application and infrastructure monitoring
2. Implement logging, metrics, and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue detection
3. Integrate with monitoring tools (e.g., dashboards and alerting systems) for operational visibility
4. Ensure traceability of API and data workflows across systems
v. Security, Guardrails & Authentication
1. Implement security guardrails aligned to enterprise standards (IAM, policies, access control)
2. Integrate authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, IDAnywhere)
3. Embed compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices
