Vaco is actively searching for a Helpdesk Lead to sit on-site at our client in South Charlotte. Must be able to work on a W2 basis and no sponsorship or 3rd party vendors for this role. Required skills:

Local to Charlotte, NC
W2 basis with no sponsorship
IT Helpdesk Lead experience- lead helpdesk operations including ticket queues, SLAs and service delivery standards
Access controls, troubleshooting skills, and incident response
Microsoft 365 expertise
Act as escalation point for complex issues
Partner with infrastructure teams when needed
