Helpdesk Lead

Vaco is actively searching for a Helpdesk Lead to sit on-site at our client in South Charlotte. Must be able to work on a W2 basis and no sponsorship or 3rd party vendors for this role. Required skills:

• Local to Charlotte, NC
• W2 basis with no sponsorship
• IT Helpdesk Lead experience- lead helpdesk operations including ticket queues, SLAs and service delivery standards
• Access controls, troubleshooting skills, and incident response
• Microsoft 365 expertise
• Act as escalation point for complex issues
• Partner with infrastructure teams when needed
