Summary

Job Title: Senior Product Owner AWS Connect

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead AWS Connect Telephony Migration & Modernization from legacy systems (Avaya) to AWS Connect for a large healthcare client. The ideal candidate must have strong Product Owner experience with Amazon (AWS) environment and hands-on contact center migration expertise.

Must Have:

10+ years in Product Management / Contact Center Transformation
Strong experience with AWS Connect & telephony migration (Avaya to AWS Connect)
Contact Center & Cloud Telephony expertise (IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integrations)
Healthcare domain experience (preferred)
Experience defining KPIs, roadmap, and leading Agile teams
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
