Job Title: React Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced React Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The candidate should have strong React skills, front-end architecture knowledge, and experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of React applications.
Build scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.
Create technical designs and define development approaches before coding.
Develop reusable components and follow coding best practices.
Manage application state using Redux and Redux Persist.
Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and headless CMS platforms.
Improve application performance through lazy loading, CDN usage, and efficient rendering.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using tools like Sentry and LogRocket.
Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, designers, and QA teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning.
Mentor junior developers and guide the team on technical best practices.
Required Skills
9–12 years of overall front-end development experience.
6+ years of experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks.
Strong experience building enterprise-level web applications.
Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and reusable UI components.
Strong knowledge of Redux and Redux Persist.
Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with headless CMS platforms.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
Experience with application monitoring and error-tracking tools such as Sentry or LogRocket.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
Basic full-stack development experience with Node.js and Express.
Knowledge of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with CDN and web performance optimization.
Basic knowledge of mobile development using Swift or Java.
Key Requirements

Ability to mentor developers and guide technical design.
Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Must work onsite in Dallas, TX.
