User Experience Designer

job summary:

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join a dynamic product team dedicated to creating intuitive digital experiences for financial advisors and support teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Research, and Technology to translate complex requirements into simple, highly effective user interfaces.

responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences including flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Partner with UX Researchers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, synthesize insights, and build intuitive digital products.
• Simplify complex enterprise financial workflows into accessible, user-friendly designs aligned with established design systems.
• Participate actively in Agile sprint planning, design validation, and collaborative development cycles.

qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer focused on enterprise or customer-facing digital products.

Bachelor's degree and an active portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and visual design expertise.

Advanced proficiency with Figma, including interactive prototyping and design systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to clearly present and justify design decisions.
