Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD automation and a proven track record of migrating pipelines from Jenkins to Harness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps tools, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and automation. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute migration of CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Harness.
• Analyze existing Jenkins jobs, shared libraries, plugins, and pipeline dependencies.
• Design, develop, and implement Harness pipelines using best practices.
• Automate build, test, deployment, and rollback processes across multiple environments.
• Integrate Harness with source control, artifact repositories, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools.
• Develop reusable CI/CD templates and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery.
• Implement GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and configuration management practices.
• Monitor CI/CD pipeline performance and optimize deployment speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and policy enforcement within CI/CD pipelines.
• Document migration processes, architecture, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

CI/CD

• Strong experience with Jenkins administration and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience migrating Jenkins pipelines to Harness.
• Expertise in Harness CI/CD, pipeline templates, connectors, delegates, triggers, and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
