Physical AI and Robotics Engineer

Exp. Required: 8+ Year’s

Role purpose

Build robotics and physical-AI capabilities that connect perception, planning, control, simulation, and

deployment for industrial autonomous systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robot models, kinematics, control interfaces, perception integration, and simulated

workflows.

•

Integrate simulation with ROS2, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, mobile robots, or industrial

equipment.

•

Implement and evaluate navigation, manipulation, perception, or reinforcement-learning

workflows.

• Move use cases from simulation to hardware while identifying and reducing sim-to-real gaps.

•

Instrument experiments and analyze safety, performance, and failure modes.

Required experience and skills

• Robotics software engineering with Python/C++.

• ROS/ROS2, kinematics, transforms, control, perception, and debugging.

• Hands-on simulation and hardware integration experience.

Preferred experience

Isaac Sim/Lab, Omniverse, Jetson, MoveIt, Nav2, reinforcement learning, PLC/MES integration, or

autonomous vehicles.
