Required Qualifications
   •   10+ years of hands-on development experience with UiPath (RPA)
   •   Strong programming experience in Python and modern software engineering practices
   •   Proven experience building production-quality Agentic AI solutions (not on UiPath RPA platform)
   •   Hands-on experience with:
   ◦   LangChain
   ◦   LangGraph
   ◦   Azure AI Foundry
   •   Experience designing autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems
   •   Strong understanding of:
   ◦   LLMs and prompt engineering
   ◦   Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
   ◦   Tool/function calling architectures
   •   Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure cloud
