Job Description:
Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
Job Type: Contract (6+ months)
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA (preferred), Atlanta, GA
Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in the office
Pay rate: $74/hr, Based on experience
We are seeking a good communicator and an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator to manage and support our SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) module. This role is responsible for system administration, user support, testing activities, and participation in system upgrades and project initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to ensure the LMS operates efficiently and meets organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the business
- Support the business needs
- Develop partnership with the business
- Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) module
- Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and learning assignments
- Provide day-to-day support by resolving support tickets and user inquiries
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors when necessary
- Conduct system testing, including:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects
- Support data management, reporting, and compliance tracking within LMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
- Develop documentation, user guides, and process workflows
- Train and support end users on LMS functionality

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- Strong understanding of LMS configuration and system functionality
- Experience handling support tickets and end-user troubleshooting
- Experience in system testing (UAT, regression testing, or functional testing)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and integration concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and project work simultaneously
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors upgrades and release management
- Knowledge of learning compliance requirements
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred)
