About the Role

We are seeking a System Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support system integration and qualification initiatives for advanced products. This role will focus on executing subsystem and system-level integration, verification, and testing activities in a laboratory environment while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute subsystem and system-level integration and test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Support setup, preparation, and maintenance of test equipment and laboratory facilities for test activities.
  • Perform Design Verification Testing (DVT), Qualification Testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing, and Functional Acceptance Testing (ATP).
  • Investigate and troubleshoot hardware, software, and test equipment issues identified during testing.
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements and product enhancements.
  • Support engineering evaluations of product redesigns, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Lead laboratory operations activities, ensuring compliance, safety standards, 6S practices, and audit readiness.
  • Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize test execution and laboratory effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of engineering experience.
  • 1+ year of system integration and/or test experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Test planning and execution
    • Laboratory operations
    • Test analysis and validation
  • 2+ years of experience developing technical test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Integration & Test (I&T) experience with hardware integration, preferably involving sensor systems.
  • Experience with:
    • Test fixture design
    • Test procedure development
    • Design Verification Testing (DVT)
    • Environmental Qualification Testing
    • Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex test data.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly technical environments with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable, high-quality test results.
