Kimco Staffing is hiring an experienced
Assembly Technician II to join a growing manufacturing team in Henderson!
We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in
electrical and mechanical assembly who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble components, machinery, and electrical systems
- Use hand and power tools, including crimpers, torque tools, and testing equipment
- Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshoot assembly issues
- Complete production documentation and maintain quality standards
Requirements:- 1-2+ years of electrical/mechanical assembly experience
- Manufacturing or industrial assembly background preferred
- Experience using hand tools and electrical testing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
