Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM (IDMC – SaaS) Integration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in building and managing integrations across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data integration solutions for Customer Master Data using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integration architecture for Informatica MDM (IDMC – SaaS)

• Build batch, micro-batch, and real-time data pipelines

• Develop and manage data ingestion and publishing workflows

• Work extensively with:

  • Informatica CDI (Cloud Data Integration)

  • Informatica CAI (Cloud Application Integration)

  • Informatica CDQ (Cloud Data Quality)

• Integrate MDM with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Snowflake

• Implement API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and file-based integrations (CSV, JSON, XML)

• Ensure data quality through validation, standardization, and enrichment

• Configure secure connectivity using IDMC Secure Agent

• Implement security standards (OAuth 2.0, API keys, SSO)

• Support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), deployment, and production support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with data governance standards

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise data integration

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (SaaS)

• Expertise in CDI, CAI, and CDQ

• Experience with real-time and API-based integrations

• Strong experience integrating with:

  • Salesforce / SAP

  • Snowflake / Oracle

• Solid understanding of data modeling, canonical schemas, and CDC concepts

• Experience working with SFTP, cloud storage, and middleware/iPaaS platforms

Must-Have (Screening Criteria – Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with IDMC MDM SaaS

• Experience integrating Salesforce and/or SAP with IDMC MDM

• Strong exposure to real-time integrations (APIs, Snowflake, Oracle, etc.)

• Hands-on with CDI, CAI, CDQ

• Experience with Address Validation tools (e.g., Address Doctor or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven or streaming integrations

• Exposure to enterprise middleware platforms

• Prior experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
