The Supervisor partners closely with Product Management, NPD Engineering, and the Supervisor of Technical Services to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and actionable product insights.

The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on leader who ensures customer inquiries, product questions, submittal packages, and design wins are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently while driving continuous improvement in service quality, processes, and customer experience.

This position reports to the Manager of Product Applications and Support and is based in our North Andover, MA office.

  • Support sales teams with technical expertise, including application reviews, proposal development, presentations, and customer engagements.

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex application challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Oversee development and validation of customer-specific solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and performance requirements.

  • Collaborate with various Engineering teams (NPD/MFG) and Product Management to communicate customer needs, application trends, and opportunities for product improvement.

  • Drive continuous improvement in application engineering processes, tools, and technical content to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Support installation and integration guidance, ensuring successful deployment and performance optimization of solutions.

  • Oversee the creation of technical documentation, application guidelines, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with sales, technical services, quality, and manufacturing teams.

  • Maintain a customer-focused, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture within the team.

  • All other duties as required.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or fluid system applications; familiarity with applicable, North America model building codes (IPC/UPC/ICC) and product standards (ASSE, CSA, UL/FM) is a plus.

  • Experience supporting sales channels with technical expertise and customer engagement.

  • Ability to manage projects or processes that span outside of immediate responsibilities and work independently with little supervision in an effective manner.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
