Summary

Paper Cup Production Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced paper cup manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair paper cup manufacturing equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and tooling changeovers

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues

Conduct inspections and replace worn or defective parts

Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to work independently and efficiently
