Scrum Master- Cloud Technologies

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile expertise and a solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, coach Scrum teams, and collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and resolve blockers impacting sprint delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity.
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of cloud-native applications and cloud migration initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile governance and organizational standards.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience leading Agile teams delivering cloud-based applications or cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience working with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Rally.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skill
