  • Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications with thorough supporting documentation.
  • Prepare account reconciliations across balance sheet accounts, tie subledgers to the general ledger, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Perform cash and bank reconciliations, prepaid expense tracking, and variance flux analysis to explain operational drivers to leadership.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready workpapers and support external audit requests.

  • Track Construction in Progress (CIP), freight, installation, and directly attributable costs for specialized hardware manufacturing and field deployments.
  • Support inventory, physical counts, asset tracking systems, and fleet status updates to keep fixed asset subledgers aligned.

Revenue & Transaction Cycles
  • Support contract review and revenue recognition under ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules, unearned revenue, and cost-of-sales matching for bundled software/hardware offerings.
