< data-path-to-node="7" dir="ltr">About the RoleWe are seeking a Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program Director to lead high-priority healthcare integration initiatives. In this position, you will align statewide implementation plans, negotiate vendor service contracts, oversee technical staff hiring, manage partner agency agreements for federal funding, and drive clinical data quality improvement across rural healthcare providers.

Align implementation strategies with statewide project planning and CMS-approved workstreams.

Lead onboarding, technical assistance, and tailored training for rural healthcare providers connecting to health information networks.

Negotiate vendor contracts, manage procurement, and oversee technical teams delivering project workstreams.

Partner with healthcare agencies and policy leaders to establish provider/payer engagement strategies, KPIs, and continuous quality improvement processes.

Oversee federal funding compliance and ensure inter-agency alignment across high-visibility programs.

Required Skills:

Health IT & HIE: 5+ years of expertise in health IT, health services, health policy, and clinical data within a Health Information Exchange context

Program Leadership: 5+ years driving complex project leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement

Procurement & Vendor Oversight: 5+ years in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management

KPIs & Quality Improvement: 5+ years developing metrics, KPIs, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) frameworks

Communication & Collaboration: 5+ years of cross-agency coordination and executive communication

Federal Compliance: 2+ years working with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements
