About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
PeopleSoft Conversion Developer to support a Workday Student implementation. In this role, you will temporarily backfill the client's technical team and be responsible for developing conversion extracts from PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to Workday Student.
You will work hands-on in client non-Production environments to design, build, refine, and deploy extraction processes. Your deliverables should consistently load to an initial
75%+ success rate, after which final refinement and validation will be performed by client-side SMEs and developers.
This is a high-impact role supporting the conversion workstream during the implementation
Test phase, with several critical student-data conversion objects targeted for development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop PeopleSoft conversion extracts to support Workday Student data migration.
- Build, test, and refine extract logic to achieve targeted load success rates.
- Utilize client PeopleSoft non-Production environments to create custom tables, write SQL, and execute technical components.
- Collaborate with client developers and data SMEs to support end-to-end conversion cycles.
- Contribute technical expertise to ensure conversion readiness during test phases.

Required Qualifications- Strong PeopleSoft development experience, including:
- PeopleSoft SQR
- PeopleSoft Query
- SQL / database development
- Application Engine, PeopleCode (preferred but not required)
- Hands-on experience with Campus Solutions (Student Records, Advising, Transcripts, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to design and build large-scale data conversions or integrations.
- Ability to work independently with access to PeopleSoft development environments.
Preferred Qualifications- PeopleSoft Campus Solutions / Student Administration functional knowledge.
- Prior experience supporting Workday Student conversions.
- Strong understanding of student data structures (transfer credit, holds, notes, transcripts, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile- You are a detail-oriented PeopleSoft developer who excels at building and optimizing SQL-based data extraction logic. You are comfortable working in complex environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You take ownership of technical deliverables and understand the nuances of student data within PeopleSoft.
