Role Overview
Client is looking seasoned Client Partner to own and grow strategic client relationships while ensuring high-quality delivery through global teams. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, revenue growth, and delivery leadership, with a strong emphasis on partnering with offshore teams—particularly in India—to drive scalable, high-impact outcomes.
As an Enterprise AI solutions provider, our company helps organizations modernize operations, unlock data value, and accelerate intelligent automation. The Client Partner will play a critical role in aligning our AI-led capabilities to clients’ transformation agendas, expanding long-term strategic partnerships, and directly driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines commercial ownership, delivery leadership, and consultative engagement to expand accounts and shape AI-enabled transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Revenue Growth
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision makers
- Own and carry an annual revenue quota tied to assigned accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand AI and digital services within existing clients
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client transformation priorities
Strategic Insight & Solution Shaping
- Develop deep understanding of clients’ business, technology, and transformation roadmaps
- Identify where Enterprise AI solutions can drive measurable business value
- Feed client intelligence back into internal teams to support solution design and innovation
- Partner with delivery, AI, and pre-sales teams to shape compelling, outcome-based proposals
Commercial Ownership
- Own P&L accountability for assigned accounts
- Manage revenue targets, margins, and profitability
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline to meet and exceed quota
- Drive forecasting, account planning, and financial performance reviews
Delivery Leadership
- Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams, particularly in India
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery execution
- Provide governance and leadership to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Support escalation management and risk mitigation when needed
Proposal & Deal Leadership
- Lead and contribute to proposal development for new and expanded engagements
- Present Enterprise AI solutions and value propositions to client executives
- Support commercial structuring and negotiations in partnership with leadership teams
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or IT services leadership
- Proven track record of carrying and achieving revenue quotas
- Experience managing and growing enterprise client accounts
- Direct experience leading and working with offshore delivery teams, especially in India
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, margin management, and account profitability
- Experience leading or supporting complex proposal development
- Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Enterprise AI, data platforms and intelligent automation
- Background in consulting, global IT services, or managed services environments
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts
