Job Description :
Need 12+ years of experience as a Oracle Fusion Consultant
As an Oracle Fusion Benefits Technical/ Functional & Integration Consultant, you should also be proficient in data migration tools HDL (HCM Data Loader), as well as reporting using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
In depth knowledge in HCM Extract, etext/xsl/rft templates. Additionally, skills in using Oracle Fast Formula for custom logic, and managing application security/roles are essential for a complete technical profile.
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), will be an added advantage.
Expected Key Functional Knowledge such as:
Plan Design & Configuration: Master the hierarchy of benefit objects, including defining programs, plan types, options, and plans, as well as setting up standard rates and coverage.
Eligibility & Life Events: Learn to configure eligibility profiles using derived factors and set up life events that trigger enrollment windows for employees.
Enrollment & Processing: Understand Self-Service Benefits configuration, managing Open Enrollment periods, and using the Enrollment Work Area to handle participant elections and certifications.
Reporting & Technical Essentials: Gain proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas for custom logic and use Benefits Extracts to transmit data to third-party insurance carriers.
