Workday Integration Developer

Are you a Workday Integration Developer looking to make a real impact in a dynamic enterprise environment? Our client is building next-gen business solutions that power critical operations across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving innovation through cloud technologies, automation, and seamless integrations.

·        Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across Finance and HCM modules, including Workday Extend.

·        Lead and support integration efforts between Workday and SAP systems (FIORI, ECC, SRM, PO, BW, BOBJ, etc.).

·        Own the development lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.

·        Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule with a skilled team.

·        Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Workday features, cloud technologies, and best practices.

What''s Needed?

·        Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant field.

·        7-10 years of related experience.

·        2+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience

·        Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.

·        Experience with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON) and APIs.

·        Experience with data conversions, system integrations, and performance tuning
