REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suites including Word and Excel. The ability to multitask and prioritize. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly Delivery processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of deliverables across multiple product lines (can include CAV, CIB, Client, I&P, PI, and MSP)
Essential Functions:
Perform Level II Delivery and Product Analysis using documented research methods
Conduct basic research on issues and requests via Connect Us in a timely manner that may not be documented in an SOP for the responsible products
Use and update SQL code for deliverable processing
Identify and escalate missing data (inputs) to Production Support and Supervisor for immediate action Create basic SQL code for research and deliverable supplements
Identify opportunities for and participate in implementing delivery process improvements other functions: Performs other functions as assigned
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
