Sr. Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Join our team as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant in Secaucus, NJ. This role involves supporting and enhancing the Workday platform and collaborating with HR stakeholders.

About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid, onsite 4 days per week


• Shift: Standard business hours


• Schedule: Full-time


• Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Configuring and optimizing Core HCM and related modules


• Designing and maintaining organizational structures


• Managing Workday security and compliance


• Configuring business processes and eligibility rules


• Building advanced reports and dashboards

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Workday HCM functional experience


• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• Workday certifications preferred


• Expertise in Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits


• Proficiency in reporting and data management


• Strong understanding of HR processes


• Excellent communication skills


• Stakeholder management experience


• Problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years of progressive experience


• Master's degree


• Additional Workday certifications


• Experience with global HR environments


• Strong analytical skills
