About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst II – RSA Archer Specialist to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting RSA Archer solutions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RSA Archer administration and development, GRC processes, security frameworks, integrations, and enterprise compliance operations. This position works closely with Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Privacy, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective Archer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
RSA Archer Administration & Development
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain RSA Archer solutions
- Support:
- Assessment & Authorization (A&A)
- Controls Assurance Program Management
- Issues Management
- Custom Archer applications
- System integrations
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into:
- Solution designs
- Configuration specifications
- User stories
- Implementation plans
Archer Configuration & Customization
- Configure and customize:
- Questionnaires and surveys
- Forms and workflows
- Data fields and calculations
- Access controls and permissions
- Data feeds and automated imports
Integrations & Development
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services
- Integrate Archer with external enterprise systems such as:
- ServiceNow
- ITSM platforms
- CMDB platforms
- Risk management systems
- Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and jQuery
Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain technical documentation including:
- System configurations
- Integration specifications
- Testing documentation
- Change management records
- Process transformation artifacts
- Follow established governance, release management, and change management processes
Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve Archer application issues
- Optimize performance and usability
- Support end-user adoption through training and knowledge transfer
Required Certifications
Candidates must possess one of the following certifications:
- Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR - Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise with RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration
- Experience with GRC processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery
- Strong understanding of:
- Security controls
- Governance frameworks
- Compliance monitoring
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or government GRC implementations
- Familiarity with frameworks such as:
- Experience integrating RSA Archer with ServiceNow
- Prior experience in Information Security, Risk, or Compliance teams
