Position: Sr BA with Logistics and Transportation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
3 5 years of experience in Agile environments with user story and acceptance criteria development.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SOAR, FourKites, Project44, or other shipment visibility tools.
Understanding of real-time tracking, carrier integrations, milestone events, shipment exceptions, and visibility analytics.
