🔹 Required Experience

• 12+ years – Overall IT / Business Analysis experience
• 8+ years – PeopleSoft FSCM
• 5+ years – PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• 5+ years – Accounts Receivable & Billing
• 5+ years – Requirements Gathering & Requirements Analysis
• 4+ years – Fit-Gap / Fit-Gap Analysis
• 4+ years – System Integration Testing / End-to-End Testing
• 3+ years – Microsoft Office 365
• 3+ years – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
• 2+ years – Microsoft Teams
• 3+ years – CAPPS Financials / CAPPS preferred
• 3+ years – Texas Comptroller / Comptroller of Public Accounts experience preferred
