Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in a contract-to-hire role. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while utilizing advanced data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of data feeds related to various platforms and financial databases.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications to meet business needs.
  • Enhance and integrate Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and system migration projects.
  • Create automated processes and reporting systems from diverse data sources.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SAS, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the healthcare sector or working with financial data.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices in data management.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks and methodologies.
