Job Title: Lead/Sr. Workday Extend Developer

Duration: 12+ months (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

The idea is to have this developer work with the Extend Architect(50%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate.
• Build and support custom solutions using Workday Extend, including PMD scripting, orchestration flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Leverage hands-on experience with JSON, XML, and XSLT to transform and manage data across systems.
• Create and optimize Workday reports, Calculated Fields, and Data Conversion processes to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and support Workday Extend applications, integrations, and configurations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain documentation for all integration and Extend development activities.

Qualifications:

• Workday certifications in Integration and Extend are required.
• Proven experience in Workday Extend development and integration lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting and data transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
