Summary

IDR is seeking a Usability Tester to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in usability testing and comfortable working independently in a virtual setting. Position Overview for the Usability Tester:

Conduct usability testing to evaluate digital products and interfaces.
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports.
Collaborate with development teams to identify user experience issues and suggest improvements.
Participate in large-scale IT projects following Agile methodologies.
Work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple workstreams.

Requirements for the Usability Tester:

At least one (1) year of experience in usability testing, with working knowledge of programming languages and development platforms.
A relevant certification or a Bachelor's degree; additional qualifying experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
Up to three (3) projects using usability testing tools and creating test plans.
At least one (1) project experience working on large-scale IT projects in an Agile environment.
Experience handling multiple workstreams and tracking user stories and bugs in a DevOps environment.
