Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud experience to work with business and technical teams on insurance claims applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams.
- Analyze P&C insurance claims processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration, integrations, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and production support.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Guidewire Cloud experience
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance and claims processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud migration/implementation experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations is preferred.
- Guidewire certification is a plus.
