Position: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Washington DC-Baltimore Area

Need Licensed Journeyman HVAC
7:30am - 4:30pm Shift
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who holds a Journeyman s HVAC License, has strong troubleshooting skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to service calls and conduct field repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
Qualifications
- Journeyman s HVAC License (Required)
- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience (Required)
- Valid Driver s License with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components
- Ability to commute or relocate to Rosedale, MD 21237 prior to starting
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds
