This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.

FDM is seeking a Senior ETL Developer located in St. Petersburg to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 6 months but may be extended.
This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

Role Overview
FDM is seeking a Senior ETL Developer with strong Centreprise expertise to support complex data migration initiatives within a regulated financial-services environment. The role focuses on ETL development, data transformation, and mapping implementation to deliver reliable migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ETL processes using Centreprise
Implement data-mapping logic from source to target systems
Develop and maintain transformation rules aligned to requirements
Perform SQL-based validation and reconciliation
Identify and resolve data migration defects
Support testing cycles, mock runs, rehearsals, and production cutovers
Collaborate with analysts and testing teams to resolve data issues
Required Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience using Centreprise (essential)
Strong background in ETL development and data transformation
Solid SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting
Experience in regulated financial-services data migrations
Strong understanding of data-mapping concepts
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting large-scale or parallel migrations
Familiarity with automation approaches for ETL efficiency
Exposure to complex legacy or enterprise data platforms
