Job Purpose and Impact
The role will support the coordination of operational aspects of ongoing procurement and governance workstreams, assist program managers and project leads in day-to-day execution, and contribute to business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process documentation, and user acceptance testing. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to develop cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and foundational knowledge of procurement processes, business analysis methodologies, and enabling technologies.
 
Key Accountabilities

• Assist in managing program timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.

• Support the facilitation of program meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes and action items.

• Help identify obstacles to project completion and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.

• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the status of projects, including cost, timing, and staffing updates.

• Support change management activities in coordination with the broader project team.

• Assist with budget tracking, data entry for demand and capacity models, and preparation of quarterly forecasts.

• Contribute to the documentation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in collaboration with team members.

• Prepare status reports and presentation materials for leadership and steering committee reviews.

• Support business analysis and testing efforts, including developing and organizing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, and documenting test results to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements.

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to support Source-to-Pay solution design.

• Support the creation and maintenance of process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications to clearly communicate current-state and future-state workflows.

• Assist in performing gap analysis between existing business processes and proposed system capabilities, and help recommend solutions in collaboration with senior analysts.

• Support technical teams in translating business requirements into system configurations, helping ensure alignment between business needs and platform functionality.

• Support data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation activities during system implementations or upgrades.

• Help develop and maintain traceability matrices to ensure all business requirements are addressed through design, testing, and deployment phases.

• Assist in facilitating stakeholder feedback sessions and managing requirement change requests, ensuring proper documentation and impact assessment.

• Support the creation of test plans and test cases, including defining acceptance criteria, to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.

 
 
Qualifications and Experience II Project Management – Required

• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.

• Basic understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management – Preferred

• Internship experience in procurement or finance.

• Familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa).

• Interest in pursuing PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (certification not required).

 Business Analysis – Required

• Exposure to business analysis practices such as requirements gathering, process mapping, or user acceptance testing.

 Business Analysis – Preferred

• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence).

• Interest in pursuing CBAP certification (certification not required).
