Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong Data Science exposure (10+ Years experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience analyzing large datasets, developing insights, building dashboards, and applying statistical and machine-learning techniques to solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis.
  • Use Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Develop or support predictive models and machine-learning solutions.
  • Perform data cleansing, feature engineering, and data-quality validation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Python with Pandas, NumPy and related data-analysis libraries.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts.
  • Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
  • Understanding of machine-learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with data preparation, cleansing and feature engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Scikit-learn or similar machine-learning frameworks.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery.
  • Experience with ETL/data pipelines.
  • Exposure to Generative AI/LLM technologies is a plus.
