About the Role

This is a combined position covering project management, implementation leadership, and change management for a state human services initiative. You will serve as the operational lead for a small, focused team supporting stakeholder engagement, pilot coordination, requirements documentation, and adoption for a new system being introduced to county and Tribal Nation agencies. This is not a technical build. The work is about people, process, and adoption.

What We Need

PMP certification or equivalent
Experience leading implementations in state government health or human services environments
Experience coordinating with county-level or local government agencies as part of a statewide initiative
Change management experience: stakeholder onboarding, readiness assessment, adoption planning
Strong facilitation skills with both executive and frontline audiences
Experience with project governance, risk management, and status reporting in public sector settings
Comfortable presenting in a formal interview setting as part of the vendor selection process

Preferred Background

State DHHS, DCYF, DHS, or equivalent agency project experience
Pilot-to-statewide rollout experience
PROSCI/ADKAR certification (a plus, not required)
Familiarity with agile/hybrid delivery in government settings
